Golden Apple Comics strives for complete customer satisfaction; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that all vintage comics, graded books, and limited edition collectibles are considered final sale to maintain their investment integrity.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unopened, and include all original packaging and accessories. New comics must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items using a sturdy box and protective materials like bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent damage during transit back to our shop.
Ship and Track
Send your package via a tracked shipping method and provide us with the tracking number. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
